Research Interests
I conduct research that informs economic policy affecting labor markets and firm dynamics.

My current work studies how labor protection shapes job allocation and job-to-job transitions in economies where informal employment coexists with multiple formal contracts. To this end, I combine large administrative data with econometric, computational, and theoretical tools.
