Research Interests
I am interested in doing research on the effects of institutional policies on labor market outcomes and firms' dynamics.

My current research focuses on how labor protection shapes the distribution of jobs and job-to-job transitions in economies where informal jobs coexist with formal contracts. I use a combination of large administrative datasets, econometric and computational tools and theory to address these questions.
